The Imperial Court of Rhode Island started in 1993 with the election of B.B. Hayes and Ralph Martino as the first Emperor and First Empress of Rhode Island. The community continues to elect a new Emperor and Empress each spring at our annual Coronation Ball. The Imperial Court of Rhode Island is a very strong 501(c)3 not for profit organization which has a very strong membership and a hard working Board of Directors.
In the past seven years the Court has been able to raise over $100,000.00 for local organizations such as House of Compassion, Sunrise, AIDS Care Ocean State, Sojourner House, FACTS, and many more.
Everyone is welcome to take pride in the Court system. All that is asked is that you take pride in yourself, respect the Titles given to others, and work with the Court in benefiting the community.
